Where We Are Now

What We Are Looking For

Faith and Spiritual Leadership
Commitment to the church’s Statement of Faith and mission, with Biblical preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
Ministry Preparation and Experience
Ordination, pastoral ministry experience, and theological education or qualifying pastoral experience and training, as described in the job posting.
Leadership and Relationships
The ability to develop leaders, guide staff and ministry teams, and build meaningful relationships within the congregation and the wider community.
