Good morning Church, Before I get started I need to talk to you as your pastor and shepherd. One of my jobs
is to protect, guide and warn the body. We have a great team.

This past week we had an email incident, some of you will already know about it, others may be unaware, and I wanted to address it. Jesus said repeatedly “do not be deceived”. Jesus warned of evil people who will attempt to harm God’s family, sow weeds, or steal sheep. Jesus said, “the enemy seeks to kill, steal and destroy.” Always be on your guard. Watch out for the enemy. Please hear me. The enemy wants to disrupt the church. The staff, myself and the board are working hard but watch out for the deceivers.

This past week we had several emails that went out to trick, mislead and harm. They are a “phishing” scam from what we can tell. One lie was to get money for cancer victims, another was something about a spiritual battle. Always double and triple check that an email is coming from our TCND.org domain. The pastors and staff do not use personal “Gmail” or other email providers for our ministry. Please don’t click on links, respond or interact with these phishing expeditions; they intend harm. This past week with your help we were on it immediately. I personally received several texts. We went to work to warn you by email and text. It may be hard to believe but the enemy wants to harm, deceive, and diminish our efforts to move people closer to God. There are people who do not fear God and are willing to harm the church. I want to ask you to help us in this season.

For the past 26 1/2 years I have led the Church and protected you but in some matters like this you have to be mature. Realize the enemy will try to harm the body, Christ’s bride. Stand strong against the lies of the enemy. Pray (instead of complaining and criticizing) PRAY for the church, our incredible staff, the board, and all our many dedicated volunteers.

Every year as we approach Easter Satan tries to destroy or distract the church. In 2020 he used a pandemic. Last year he tried to use politics. I saw a church banner this week that read Pray – Fast – Read The Bible – Go To Church…. PREPARE FOR JESUS. There are lots of good churches in Columbus. There are many beautiful churches here and God dearly loves His bride, and we are precious to Him.

The staff is working hard. Pray for God to help us as a church to work together in unity as a team. If you have

By the way, I have no royal family members around the globe in need of ransom. Please do not respond or click; just delete the weird emails. With God’s help we win against the gates of hell.

Let’s pray right now: Father, we Thank you for considering us worthy of a test. Job was tested because you knew He would pass the test. Lord Jesus, you have saved us and now we trust you for the strength to push against the gates of hell. Send the Holy Spirit to give us discernment and power to stand and witness in this season. Lord, help us to pray day and night like you. We resist Satan, we speak to you in the name of Jesus, go. We bind every lying spirit that seeks to oppose the truth of the message that Jesus is Savior and Lord. Grow the number of disciples. Bring revival. We want to participate in sharing Your hope, Your Word. Send the Holy Spirit to transform Columbus and Ohio. Set us free from the power of the enemy. Thank you for Your great love for us, we seek you now Father. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
